Pad Thai Goong


  • 1 Tbsp Oil

  • 1 Egg

  • 5 Prawn

  • 50g Dry rice noodle

  • 50g Pachara Padthai Sauce (about 3 Tbsp)

  • 30g Beansprouts

  • 10g Carrot

  • 10g Spring onion

  • 1 Tbsp Peanut

  • ¼ ts Chilli powder

  • Wedge of lime

  • Coriander to garnish

**For vegetarians, omit meat and add your preferred choice of tofu or

vegetables. **


  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Slice the meat while you wait.

  2. Strain the noodles and coat with a little bit of oil.

  3. Pour cooking oil into a medium heat pan.

  4. Add prawn. When the prawn is almost cooked, add beaten egg and continue stirring until the prawn is cooked through.

  5. Add soaked noodle, Pad Thai sauce, bean sprouts, spring onion and carrot

  6. Stir-fry for another 1 minute.

  7. Serve and garnish with chilli powder, ground peanut, lime wedge and coriander.
